SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
During the end of the checkout process, you must select a shipping method, which are listed below:
Store Pickup - Pick up your order at Palmer Hall, during the operating hours of the Welcome Center (call 860 928 1035)
Standard Domestic - Selects for First-Class mail of items up to: 0.22 lbs (3.54 oz.)
Standard Flat Rate Shipping - Select for books and documents (Media Mail) less than 8 lbs (total order weight)
Priority - Select for orders of 8 - 11 lbs, shipping includes one USPS Priority Mail medium box, 13-5/8 x 11-7/8 x 3-3/8 inches
